One of my favorite bistros in Santa Barbara is Stella Mare’s. Today, I dined on their succulent Salmon Amandine in rich butter sauce with butter nut squash, sweet pearl onions and hericots verts. I love sitting beneath the large sun roof amidst their colorful French country decor. My waiter was great, as well. Viva la menu! www.stellamares.com
